This project was developed to uplift and empower teenage mothers so they my be better equipped to take on life and make better decisions regarding the welfare of their babies.

The project included a dinner event and then a series of workshops directed to the teen moms creating a nurturing environment for them.

The project genesis started from a dinner treat in January 2016 for 16 teen mothers and their babies.  Then in February the workshop series commenced, the workshops included motivational speakers to elevate the mind set and decision making aspects of the young ladies. In addition to the speakers there were hands on aspect that focused on hygiene and skin care, this to focus on improving self-esteem amongst the group of young ladies.

The next stage of the project is to offer tutorials for the young ladies to further their education in information technology, digiatal media and animation and game design.

The goal of this project is that through education, coaching and mentorship we will be able to impact on the decision making aspects of the young ladies so they may make better choices for themselves and most importantly for their young babies.
